Article ◯ (Requesting the audit report, and the details we hold)

1. 1.To request the full report you give us your name, your company and your work email address.
2. 2.We use them for two purposes and no others:
3. 1.to deliver the report you asked for and to contact you about it;
4. 2.to contact you about our services.
5. 3.The report and the data behind it are kept, without a fixed period, as our record. We treat them as confidential and show them only to the person who asked. We do not publish them, list them, allow search engines to index them, or provide or sell them to anyone. The PDF is the same report in another form, held as the same record and treated the same way.
6. 4.We do not provide or sell what you give us to anyone else.
7. 5.Your name, company and email do not appear in the report itself or in the PDF. They are held separately, as the record of your request.
8. 6.You can ask us to stop contacting you, and to delete what we hold, at any time. Every message we send shows how to stop. When you ask us to delete, we delete our copy and confirm it is done. Where the people who contact you hold the same details, that copy goes with the same request.

1. 1.詳細レポートのお申し込みにあたり、お名前、会社名、お仕事のメールアドレスをご提供いただきます。
2. 2.当社はこれらを次の二つの目的で利用します。ほかの目的には利用しません。
3. 1.お申し込みいただいたレポートをお届けし、それについてご連絡すること。
4. 2.当社のサービスについてご連絡すること。
5. 3.レポートおよびその基となるデータは、当社の記録として期間を定めず保管します。機密として取り扱い、お申し込みいただいたご本人にのみ表示します。公開せず、一覧に掲載せず、検索エンジンに登録させず、第三者に提供・販売しません。PDF は同じレポートを別の形にしたものであり、同じ記録として同じ扱いをします。
6. 4.当社はお預かりした情報を第三者に提供・販売しません。
7. 5.お名前・会社名・メールアドレスは、レポートそのものおよび PDF には記載しません。お申し込みの記録として別に保管します。
8. 6.ご連絡の停止と、お預かりした情報の削除は、いつでもご請求いただけます。 ご連絡のたびに停止の方法をお示しします。削除をご請求いただいた場合、当社の複製を削除し、完了をご連絡します。ご連絡を担当する当社の者が同じ情報を控えている場合、その控えも同じご請求で削除します。
